What exactly is SuperStay?
SuperStay gives you clean, safe rooms, dorm beds and sleep pods right at railway stations, bus stands and airports — so you can rest, shower and recharge between journeys without paying full hotel prices.
How does hourly booking work?
Pick a room or pod, choose how many hours you need (there's a small minimum, usually 2–3 hours), and pay only for that time. Many stays also offer a discounted price for the first few hours.
Do I have to pay online?
No. Booking is free and takes under a minute — you pay directly at the property when you check in. No booking fees, no online payment needed.
What do I need at check-in?
Just your digital check-in key (shown after booking) and a government photo ID. That's it.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free. Since you haven't paid anything online, simply don't check in, or message us on WhatsApp so we can release your room faster.
